In order to ensure a consistent level of service to residents, as well as to provide for consistency in approaches to similar issues affecting different residents, the condominium board monitors the performance of contracted 3rd parties (such as snow removal), and defines policies to provide clarity as to how issues involving By-Law infringements will be addressed.

The board is responsible for upholding the Condominium By-Laws, as defined within the "ByLaws of the Owners, Condominium Plan 011 1080". The Alberta Condominium Property Act grants Condominium boards sufficient legal power to ensure that By-Laws are upheld.
