In accordance with the By-Laws, Corporation General Meetings are held annually. Each General Meeting must occur within 15 months of the prior General Meeting. The Board recommends residents attend the Annual General Meeting and look for opportunities to exercise their constructive influence throughout the year.

Board Meetings
The board usually meets monthly (or more frequently, as necessary) in order to address residents' issues, and manage the business of the Corporation.
