The Condominium of Tanglewood is governed by individuals who stand for election at each Annual General Meeting. The subsequent electees form the board for the coming year. These electees assume the roles of Chair, Vice Chair, Treasurer, Secretary, and Operations. The board consists of a maximum of seven individuals in any given year.

The Board is responsible for managing the finances of the corporation, defining and contracting vendors to deliver services (such as snow clearing), and the maintenance of properties owned by the Condominium Corporation. To assist in this task, the Corporation employs a management company, Condominium First who addresses the day to day financial and operational duties of the Corporation.
