Policy Respecting Design and Landscaping Complaints
On March 8, 2006, The 2005/2006 Board of the Tanglewood Condominium Corp. adopted the following resolution:

"A policy that will endure until changed by a future board, that the Condominium Corporation will not initiate legal action against an owner vis a vis enforcement of Design Guidelines, unless:

• Action is requested by a resident who is not in arrears;
• Independent legal opinion has been secured to establish that such action by the Condominium Board is supported by the bylaws;
• In response to the request, a majority of the board vote to initiate an action;

An amount is budgeted in advance for the action, to control expenditure; and
Once the budget is spent, a decision to proceed further is required by the board."
